Cancellations can be made by email or in writing. Cancellation fees of:

• Cancellation 90 days or more before the agreed arrival date - no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation 90 - 60 days before the agreed arrival date - cancellation fee of 25% of the price of the stay.
• In case of cancellation 60 - 30 days or less before the agreed date of arrival - cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay.
• Cancellation 30 - 14 days or less before the agreed arrival date - cancellation fee of 75% of the price of the stay.
• In case of extraordinary measures of the Government of the Czech Republic, which will not allow accommodation, we will refund 100% of the amount already paid.

In the event of cancellation of the rental of the bungalow, the landlord will send the deposit paid after deduction of the relevant cancellation fee back to the account from which the deposit payment or the additional rental payment was made, no later than 15 days after receiving information about the cancellation of the rental.
